How we determine rates:

• At checkout, we calculate the final shipping charges based on the items ordered and the UPS shipping method that you have specified. The checkout allows to you select different UPS shipping methods and immediately view their associated cost. This provides you with a quick way of determining the most appropriate service for your order.
• Not subject to special offers unless noted
• All orders are subject to verification
• We only ship within the United States (within the 48 Contiguous States)-Not shipping yet to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico and Canada
• Orders can not be sent to a PO address when a signature is required on delivery

Purchase ONLINE- How to Return/Exchange your merchandise

Returns

• Coup de Foudre Lingerie will only accept returned merchandise in its original condition -- unworn, unwashed, and with the label intact. Under hygiene regulations, we may only accept returned briefs, thongs, and other panty related merchandise that was tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of such merchandise if evidence indicates that you did not adhere to this condition.
• Please note that certain merchandise, such as hosiery, nubra or Spanx are excluded from our return policy for hygienic reasons -- this information is indicated in the product description of relevant merchandise on our website.
• Any returned items must be postmarked within fifteen days of delivery.

Exchanges

• If, in the course of exchanging merchandise, you request an item that is lower in cost than the original, returned merchandise, the difference will be credited back to the credit card used in the original transaction. If you exchange the original merchandise with an item of higher cost, the difference in cost will be charged to the credit card used in the original transaction.
• The cost of shipping and gift wrapping your original purchase is not included in any return/exchange. Also, any merchandise shipped to you as a result of an exchange will not be gift wrapped.
• Please allow fifteen days following the receipt of your merchandise for your credit card to be credited back.

Return Authorization

• In order to complete your return/exchange, please enclose the attached form with your returned/exchanged merchandise, indicating whether you wish to return or exchange the original item(s).
• If you use the original packaging to return/exchange the merchandise, please cover or remove the original address label to ensure shipment to Coup de Foudre Lingerie.
• Please return the merchandise to Coup de Foudre Lingerie using a pre-paid, insured, and traceable means of shipment. Of course, you can also personally return the merchandise to our store in Washington, DC with your receipt.

• Exchange or Store Credit within 15 days of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds. Store credit valid for 1 year from date of issue

• If, in the course of exchanging merchandise, you request an item that is lower in cost than the original, returned merchandise, you will be issued a store credit.If you exchange the original merchandise with an item of higher cost, the difference in cost will be charged to the credit card of your choice.
